Bought a 2015 Lexus from this place and the process was very smooth. Sam did a great job answering all my questions and even had the vehicle prepared for me on arrival. I had a great experience. I’ll update in 90 days.

I had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 PM today to view a specific vehicle and was looking forward to potentially purchasing it. Unfortunately, I found out that the dealership sold the vehicle earlier that morning and never contacted me to let me know. What was most disappointing wasn’t that the car sold—cars sell, and I understand that. The issue was the complete lack of communication and consideration for a customer who had already scheduled an appointment. Had my friend not called ahead to ask about the Carfax report, I would have driven to the dealership only to discover the vehicle was no longer available. A simple phone call, text, or email would have saved me time and demonstrated basic respect for a customer’s schedule. The experience left me feeling like my appointment and interest in the vehicle were not valued. I hope the dealership improves its communication practices so future customers don’t have the same experience.

We purchased a Honda odyssey for our growing family with best western. It was a wonderful experience, we worked with Sam and he was amazing to work with. We have no complaints and are very pleased with our purchase! I would definitely recommend them to my closest friends and family!

Just wanted to give Sam and the family a quick shout out. I purchased a vehicle from them almost a year ago and they are still taking care of whatever I need. The car is awesome and runs great. I had a small coolant issue and a battery concern and they took the time to fix it and make sure I was satisfied at no cost. I really appreciate the care and concern they have for me as a customer, even though I purchased the car 10 months ago! Thank you for all you do! People often get scammed and ripped off. It's so nice and refreshing to deal with up front, honest business people like Sam and his family! Thank you again!
