Danny was great, worked with me to get me in my new (to me) Toyota rav quickly and efficiently! While being so nice the entire time. Never felt like I was being pressured to buy. They do a great job here.

I bought my 2017 Hyundai Tucson in December 2025. Right away we noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working, and they told us it just needed refrigerant. When I brought the car back, they suddenly said the problem was the compressor and assured me that they would fix it. They kept my car for almost two weeks, and when they finally gave it back they told me everything had been fixed and was working perfectly. However, in February 2026 the air conditioning started failing again. I took the car to a mechanic, and that’s when I found out the truth: the compressor had never been replaced at all. So they clearly lied about fixing the problem. I trusted them to repair the car and they didn’t. The whole deal was handled by Danny, and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had buying a car.

Vince was great! We worked together to find the best truck and trade for me. Very professional, competent and personable. Also worked work Chad and Danny. Everyone here was helpful and no one was pushy. I'm hoping to buy another car from Vince soon. I highly recommend this dealer. Very enjoyable experience.

Metro motors is the best of the best. Think you have been to a good used car dealership, think again, best service, got 2 free tires without asking, Dan wanted me safe on the road. Drove 4 hours for the best mustang in AZ. They have the best customer service, best sales personnel (DAN) best prices in all az, I did my research. Compared everything online, metro motors is the best. I was even approved with the terms I asked for, I needed 0 down and 72 months loan. Dan made it happen. They have regular banks and a lot of credit unions to help get you approved no matter your situation. THANK YOU SO MUCH DAN, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. .. For sure will see dan again on future vehicles for all family and friends. Highly recommend...

Such a pleasant experience! Danny was very helpful in getting things done. I didn't feel rushed or annoyed with anything we were doing. He even let me use the car to get the check I needed to pay for it.
