I had sold my vehicle to Echo Park using BidBus auction. I made an appointment with Yacine who did an inspection, slight reduction in price due to some bumper damage that was not visible on the auction photos and was able to get all the paperwork processed and leave with a check in hand within 75 minutes. Very pleasant and professional experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) I recently sold my car to EchoPark Automotive and overall had a very positive experience. The online process was simple and straightforward. I answered a few basic questions and quickly received what I considered to be a fair and reasonable offer for my vehicle. I scheduled an appointment the next day at Long Beach BMW to have the car appraised and to qualify for their promotion: “Start the new year with $500 — Sell or trade your car to us within 48 hours of our offer & score bonus cash.” I arrived at my scheduled time and the appraisal process was smooth and professional. However, I was informed they would honor the original offer but would not include the $500 bonus. I was told the vehicle did not match the description provided online, although it was exactly as described — including disclosure of the check engine light. The car had no damage and was simply a well-kept older vehicle. I was not given a detailed explanation for the decision. That said, the rest of the transaction was flawless. The paperwork took about 30 minutes, everything was handled efficiently, and I left with a check in hand the same day. While I was disappointed about the $500 promotion not being honored, I felt the overall offer was fair and the process was honest and above board. I would definitely consider using EchoPark again in the future.
