I had an excellent experience with them. I sent them the money on trust—and they didn't let me down. I transferred the funds first and only saw the car afterwards, but everything was exactly as they had described; there was no deception whatsoever. The entire process was based on trust and went perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. The employee, Ilya, did a great job—he worked quickly, efficiently, and without any issues.

I’m active duty Army, in Texas, and was looking for a vehicle from a dealer back home as I didn’t have the flexibility to find a vehicle nearby and would have family back home assist. As nice as Tony and Chris were, unfortunately I was unsatisfied with how they had poor communication with their customer. Would take days to get a response from Tony and Chris was no better. Tony would just not respond and Chris would end a call as fast as possible! They claimed the vehicle had no issues, yet the moment it was driven off the lot the vehicle made noises. The following weekend, when taken to a mechanic to be looked at, $1600 in repairs came up. I wanted to give the dealer a benefit of doubt, however I highly recommend you read the other reviews claiming that the vehicles are being sold with issues, yet they’ll still claim that there are none.

This is my second purchase from this dealership, and once again I’m very satisfied! The car is in excellent condition, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Huge thanks to the sales team for the great financing terms and support throughout every step of the purchase. I definitely recommend this dealership!

!!!!! I am writing this review to warn everyone to stay away from Cargro. My experience, along with what I've heard from others, shows a pattern of misleading practices and a complete lack of customer support once they have your money. The dealership's behavior is deceptive and predatory. They sell cars with underlying issues and then refuse to take responsibility. Once you leave the lot, you are on your own. Do yourself a favor and avoid Cargro at all costs. Their practices are dishonest, and they show a complete disregard for their customers.
