Ask for Rusben & Juan!!!! Rusben & Juan were absolutely amazing! I originally wanted to get out of my Wrangler Rubicon, and when I called in, Rusben immediately walked me through a completely seamless process. I was able to take care of most of everything online before even stepping into the dealership, which made picking up my Jeep Grand Cherokee L incredibly easy. Rusben’s ethics, professionalism, and honesty truly set him apart, and that’s exactly why I’ll continue to send customers his way. He went above and beyond by having Juan walk me through every feature in detail and even let me know that since it was late, they would happily re-detail my car if needed. Because of how awesome Rusben was, my brother ended up getting a vehicle the very same night as well! We purchased two cars from this experience and will absolutely continue buying from Rusben. Disappointing experiences. Constant recalls on the vehicle I purchased, fine that happens. I dropped my clean vehicle off in August and they had it for a month doing a repair. I received the car back and it was very dirty. Oils spots on the interior, stained arm rest, dirty fabric on the seat, missing tire cap. I tell them, they say bring it back but I had already left and needed to go on with my day. Low and behold, a few weeks later another recall comes around so I take it back- I specifically mention this to the advisor and after they had the car for a few days, not only have they not cleaned the inside, they managed to make it even dirtier.

Super kind very knowledgeable went above and beyond. Made sure I was comfortable and understood all the functions of the new vehicle. Seem just as excited about my purchase as me. My service writer, Frankie Guzman, couldn’t have been better. I received the exact appointment I requested. I was greeted promptly by Frankie when I arrived. I was escorted by him to the comfortable waiting room and was made aware of the complimentary beverages. I was periodically advised of the progress of my service. When my Jeep was ready I was escorted to it by Frankie. I found it had been complimentary beautifully washed. Frankie is personable, professional, caring and efficient. I completely trust his recommendations and feel fortunate he is my service writer. A real asset to CJDR.
