Jay had great customer service, held the car for me since I was coming from far away. Ran me through the car, providing me with detailed info throughout. Very friendly and pleasant to do business with. Would definitely not hesitate to do business with him again.

Shopping at Grand Touring Auto Sales has been a great experience. Overall, I must say I was a little bit hesitant on going through a car dealership at first until I met Jay. He was very patient. He listened and understood my vehicle qualifications that I required. Jay also got the vehicle within my price budget that I was looking to spend. I’ve been looking around on the market for about two months now shopping and going to different car dealerships since my old vehicle retired, and seeing that the market is extremely overpriced for used vehicles I started to give up, until I found GTA on Google and figured I would give them a shot after speaking with Jay over the phone. He was able to have the vehicle I requested the next day on his lot. He provided me with a carfax, he also had the vehicle inspected by Honda, not only was the vehicle, detailed and very clean. It was also Smog and registered. Furthermore, I would recommend GTA to my friends and family when looking for a reliable source for vehicles.

Doesn’t return phone calls. Paperwork is a mess. 1st lie was I’ll Zelle you back your change. 2nd lie said he would put the car in my name. Been months and the car was never put in my name. I’ve left voicemail after voicemail text and never returned them.

Very sketchy place. They advertise on Craigslist under for sale by owner but are really just a cheap dealership. Beware of all the positive reviews. I posted a negative review about a month ago and it's no longer there. Really odd for a used car dealership to have so many 5 star reviews.

Really honest a straightforward! There were some things I was concerned about the car and he took care of it all for me! He showed himself very trustworthy as everything checked out like he said.
