As a first time car buyer, I walked in feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, but working with Tony made the entire experience smooth and easy. I quite frankly don’t care if they see this because I’m honestly really pissed right now. I only put 5000 miles on my vehicle and my transmission went out and all the lights on the dashboard are on. Hopefully they’ll do something about it to fix this because this is not OK cause if not, I’m gonna see everybody in court. I went in trusting this place, not only did it take all day for me to get a vehicle. They told me the car was 16,000 and now all the sudden on my credit report it shows 22,000. Sales and taxes registrations Fees don’t even cost that much max four grand. So the fact that my sale price went from 16 to 22,000 is absolutely insane and now having to pay on a vehicle that I can’t even drive. If you don’t believe me, I’ll post a picture too. My front sensors need to be replaced. The hood struts need to be replaced. I’ve got about 20 different things in this vehicle that need to be replaced right about now.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Because they deserve more than 5 star) Came into Integrity Auto Sales where we met Alberto — an amazing guy who didn’t pressure us into buying anything at all. He even offered us water and told us to let him know if we needed anything while we looked around. After talking with him about finding a suitable SUV for our family and budget, he confidently guaranteed he could get us into the vehicle we wanted. He then introduced us to his finance manager Edwin, who also went above and beyond to make it happen. By the end of the night, we were rolling off the lot in our new SUV! The process was fast, easy, and stress-free. When everybody else says no, INTEGRITY AUTO SALES says YES — especially if you have credit challenges. Alberto and Edwin truly delivered amazing customer service from start to finish. Honestly, we completely forgot we were talking to salespeople because they treated us like family the entire time. Highly recommend checking them out if you want people who genuinely care and work hard to help you get into a vehicle you love!
