I recently purchased a Chevy Trailblazer, I traded my car in did everything online before hand and was nervous coming in , especially as a single woman and with not the bed credit. Angelique has been outstanding to work with. She’s helped me through several issues with my car since purchasing it, and she genuinely seems to care about making sure customers are taken care of. It’s rare to find someone in service who is both helpful and invested in the outcome, but she has consistently been both.

The staff were very polite, and they didn’t make me feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle that I didn’t like. My purchase was facilitated by Luke, who was very patient and friendly during my visit. My interaction with him made it feel like I was car shopping with a friend and not just being viewed as another customer. If anyone tells me that they’re going to the CarMax in Kearny Mesa, I would definitely recommend them to deal with Luke. He handled my purchase of a Hyundai Elantra and walked me through the whole process.

Robert was great. He was a hoot. Best car buying experience yet. The rest of the staff were chill, friendly and hilarious. They weren't pushy, no bullshit. Wish they would wash and detail their cars.
