We left El Cajon Superstore with the biggest smiles on our faces. There truly isn’t another dealership in San Diego that matches the level of kindness, transparency, and comfort, it felt like we were being helped by people who genuinely cared, not just trying to make a sale. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Sidi helped us right away and made the whole process easy and comfortable. We were able to test drive cars, ask as many questions as we needed, and never felt rushed or pressured. Manny Mendoza was one of the most transparent and informative finance reps we’ve ever worked with, his calm presence was truly a breath of fresh air. Aziz, the manager, guided us like we were his own kids and helped make sure we found the best fit for our needs. Carlos, the service manager was attentive, generous with his time, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. They all truly went above and beyond. Everything from their service to their warranty options was impressive, and even their website is easy to navigate and very informative. My boyfriend drove off with the car of his dreams, and I can’t wait for my turn next. We will definitely be back, and we’ll be recommending El Cajon Superstore to everyone we know. I’ve had a great experience here!! I purchased a car from Ali.. He was nice and true to his word. Made the whole process so easy!! Then I had an issue with my ac drain … Carlos went above and beyond to fix it!!! So nice and helpful!!! The best!!! The guys in service were all great! Explained everything! Everyone here is nice without any sketchy feeling. I would highly recommend this car dealer!!!

From beginning to end, the car buying experience with East County Pre-owned Superstore has been pleasant, stress-free, and just amazing. They are upfront & transparent about everything, attentive, and easy-going (even with all my questions and changing my mind about what I want, lol). They work hard to find the best deal for you, and their entire operation is a top-notch experience. All of the staff are so nice and helpful, but especially Manny, Aziz, and Pouria. Those guys put in so much effort to making this car buying experience successful after I had already been to a few others. I wish I had started here. I will DEFINITELY be back in the future and telling my friends and family. Thanks again guys!! I really do appreciate it. 🤗 P.S. This may seem like a fake review because it’s too positive, but nope!! I was looking for a truck and I saw one I really wanted. The dealer Manny took care of me immediately. Upon running my credit, it wasn’t strong enough due to me having an existing auto loan for my Mercedes which I am currently paying. I I offered a trade in which they weren’t too interested in, thanks to Manny introducing me to the team, Aziz, Ray & Portia, they all put their time and hard-work together to get me approved, which included giving me more for for my trade-in than it was worth. During the process, other suitors came through inquiring about the truck, but the continued to go above and beyond to ensure I drove off with it. I will definitely come back to purchase another vehicle in the near future.

We found this place on a whim while driving looking for dealerships. We were instantly drawn in by their advertised prices, but stayed because of their service. Eden and the incredibly kind store manager were extremely friendly and wanted us to get the best deal. They knew which car we were gunning for and did everything in their power to make sure we could secure it. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and I will definitely be back when I’m ready to trade my car in!
