Such great help!! Amazing selection as well! The atmosphere was amazing. Staff who helped us was really helpful. It was my first time buying a car and they truly made my worries lessen. Bought my dream car here and it is great condition! Definitely recommending this place to friends and family

Buyer beware!!! This dealership uses SHADY BAIT AND SWITCH TATICS to get an edge over their customers. To help you make the decision to NEVER go to this location let me share my experience. To be honest, I was really hoping this would be a good dealership. It was close to my house and they had a car that I felt like would be a good fit. When I arrived I was greeted well and a salesmen named Benjamin helped me. My interaction with Benjamin, still to this day, I felt like was great. He was a kind dad and was transparent and easy to talk to. However, in the end there were several shady business practices. First, when getting into the vehicle there was a tire that was low on air and they said it was in the lot or some time so it was low on air. They said "We can fill it up and then take it for a test drive." At this time, there was some hesitation, however, it seemed like a viable used car situation. After our test drive it rode smoothly and it seemed like a good car. There were no light indicators and the engine sounded fine. So we progressed to see if the price was right. After establishing a sales price that fit both myself and the finance manager we began to sign the paperwork. However, in the paperwork I noticed a theft patrol charge that I no desire for. When I asked if I can remove it they said, "No! We can only sell you this car with the theft protection". He added, "This is how I make my money". At that time everything seemed very off, but since it seemed like the practice of the dealership I signed the contract. I later to came find out the truth about the matter. Though saying it was a mandatory item it is written in the optional section of the contract meaning it is absolutely not required for purchase. (This is classic bait and switch tactic that is an ILLEGAL practice). They go onto to explain they do not have the theft device in store so I will have to wait till it comes into the shop. Now after driving and owning the car it has held up well. However, that tire issue was more than met the eye. Somehow they were able to turn off the TPMS system indicator light (Likely using a device) on the car so that I would not be able to see that the actually issue. The actual issue was that the car's tires had no TPMS sensor. The previous owner must have not bought new sensors when changing the rims. Therefore, in order to not have any red flags go off in my test drive they wiped the TPMS sensor code from the dashboard. What a shady practice! To be honest buying sensors is a fact to consider in purchasing, but a transparent seller can communicate that. Instead, they elected to hide every possible thing in order to sell the car at the highest price point. Now, after doing the research I came to understand the legality of their actions. Then, I called the dealership to explain my complaint about their violation of California business practices. However, they refused to help me saying that the people who sold me the car are no longer working there, so they are no longer liable. After their refusal to help make amends the situation I am forced to file a compliant with several compliance agencies to have this dealership investigated. Though they claim there is no liability, under the statue of limitation a complaint can be filed even up to 3 years. My purchase is well within this time frame. To boot, that so called "mandatory anti-theft purchase" still has not been given to me or have I ever received a call that it is at the dealership even over a year and a half. I wanted to only state the objectional truth, as well as some personal sentiment, to show how businesses such as these should be absolutely avoided. Please do yourself a favor and find another dealership who is not trying everything they can to make a quick buck off you.

Started off with friendly service which turned into a great deal and we were out the door. Definitely will return for future car buying!
