Unfortunately I feel the need to make this review because of the extended time my trouble with them lasted over a 2019 ford f250 I paid 41k cash for. Took them 112 days to gather proper information and the location of my title and 117 days to “hand deliver” the title to me. Unfortunately I called and complained after the 30 days mark about the title not coming in the mail. Come to find out the more and more I called from the 30 days mark to the 112 day mark I was given the run around from different employers and promised every time a manager would call me back and never got a call back. Or for months I was told on the phone it would be in the mail next week but never was. That’s on lazy employees and sales department employees. Finally I had enough and drove to the dealer on the 112th day on a Saturday and lucky me the “owner” was there he apologized and explained everything in a perfect and polite manner after I had to make a appearance and threaten dealers board. He promised the title in hand that followed Wednesday after that conversation. He called me that Wednesday afternoon and told me he had the title and was sending a employee. They did deliver it…. I don’t think this dealer handles cash offers enough to make sure this doesn’t happen again or the owner really needs to start firing people and getting legitimate help in the office. Nothing against the owner directly. He did a great job when I showed up in person and was perfectly reasonable and made a promise and kept it. All I can say going forward if you want to sell cars for a living then have your ducks in a row….. aka titles before you take someone’s 41 thousand dollars of hard earned cash. I only pay cash for cars and unfortunately cant recommend this dealer. The sales guy from the get go had no clue to anything I was asking so the sales manager had to step in….. when we talked numbers he made is clear from the start he was not interested in lowering the price of the truck or work with me. I was happy to lay asking price but after they received my money it was all down hill even more. Wish I could have went back and chose another dealer. But in a unfortunately convenient way I’m glad I did because this truck landed me a dream car when I traded it in with a amazing used car dealer in the springs. Aka the truck had many problems with it after I got it I took it to a shop to have some personal work done on it and they had a whole list of problems that ran me about 10k after personal mods. I did tell the owner that’s on me for not being able to se the problems or taking the truck “back for them to fix”. Be carfuke with hard earned cash people sometimes it’s not worth it to pay for a car in full. With everything said I wish this dealer the best of luck.

Had an amazing experience with Anthony today. Great salesman for sure. Very friendly and welcoming. As was the rest of their staff. Made the sale the easiest sale I’ve ever been apart of. Thank you so much United Automotive LLC. We will most definitely be back in the future!

The saleswoman on the phone was incredibly rude. She interrupted me constantly and even clicked her pen during the entire conversation. She tried to push an unnecessary warranty on me and was more focused on that than the price of the vehicle. Literally her only job is to have customer service and negotiate, she couldn’t even do that respectfully. Prices are above market and they will not negotiate with customers. In contrast, the receptionist was respectful and pleasant, and I commend her for that. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership.

Don't buy here. I bought a jeep srt and it didn't even last me 3 weeks. It had transfer case problems and a hose was broken and they just put tape on it that it couldve caused me an accident It also has rear differential problems I’ve already spent 8k fixing it because they never offered me a warranty. Also “lobo” or whatever his name is very unprofessional he never sent me or gave the contract papers i had to ask for it 2 weeks later or offer me warranty, he took advantage that i was a first buyer. Again do not go to this dealer (also they never told me about all thia problems$
