I previously removed my review because I was under the impression that Unlimited Auto was going to resolve the issues with my truck. Unfortunately, that has not happened. Within the 30-day warranty period, I reported a check engine light. The vehicle was brought back multiple times (3–4 repair attempts), and the issue was never properly resolved. Since then, I have taken the truck to two independent auto shops. Both have identified major mechanical problems, with repair estimates exceeding $10,000. Most recently, I was informed the vehicle has a loose tie rod, making it unsafe to drive. I have owned this truck for approximately one year and driven only about 4,000 miles. The extent of these issues, especially given the limited use and early reporting, raises serious concerns about the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale and the effectiveness of the attempted repairs. At this point, I am pursuing legal action. However, I remain open to a fair resolution and will update this review based on how this situation is handled moving forward.

Avoid this place with all cost, I traded in my truck for a car with multiple issues and the mechanics there suck,they are good for slapping bandaids on the issue to sell it. The paperwork process was bogus they don’t go over it with you, I’ve purchased multiple cars and never had such an unprofessional service. Now it’s to the point where I should have just purchase from a private party and saved money. There is no sense of security purchasing from unlimited auto. Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Had to add the screen shot of me alerting you of these issues just a couple days after purchasing, lying to so called cover up your own mistakes rather than simply admitting it and showing up for your patrons, you have a pattern on here to just argue and dismiss things so I hope ppl can see through your lies and just avoid this place. I have so much evidence of my wrong doings, looking at the reviews I know Sean's lying because he did in my post as I have receipts showing he lied! Just shoo around

I recently bought a 2014 Lexus GX460 from here, and I’m very happy with the purchase so far.
