Eastern motors was fantastic. Muhammad made everything easy and was very understanding because I know I made difficult😅. They put me in a 2025 brand new Nissan Ultima!!!! Everyone was great and very helpful and trying to give me a car. I would highly recommend and my sister said she’s Next!!! Even have one of the employees hyping me up because I was so excited all great vibes thank you all I really appreciate this!!!!!!

Mr. Ruff was great! Worked us up quickly and handled us with care. Customer service was the best I have had in long time. Bathrooms are super clean and so was the dealership.

I honestly don’t think “amazing” is a strong enough word to describe my experience with Eastern Motors and especially with my salesperson Fay. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond for me. He treated me like family, not just another customer walking through the door. He never gave up, never stopped working on my behalf, and truly fought and advocated for me every step of the way. When things seemed impossible, he found a way to make them possible. What stood out most was his ability to balance professionalism with genuine compassion. We had some real heart-to-heart conversations, and he took the time to understand my situation instead of just trying to make a sale. He listened, empathized, and worked tirelessly to find a solution that would work for me. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, he is truly one of a kind. He’s a rare gem and an incredible example of what customer care should look like. I am deeply grateful for everything he did for me, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.
