Beautiful car but this place is full of crooks!! They sold me this Benz and the AC went out 2 days later.. I rode around for 2 weeks in Florida 99 degree weather before it was “Replaced “ my Ac went out yet again 3 weeks later.. how?? Because it was obviously rigged up and never replaced with a new part.. They refused to provide proof and they are now refusing to fix it.. Told me I can take my warranty else where but when I contacted the claims department I was told Ac wasn’t covered under my warranty!!! What is really going on? I would never recommend this place to anyone . Trash staff, terrible customer service.. SCAMMERS!!

Hands down the best car dealer ship I have ever been to. They will work with you nomatter what your credit it. Very nice respectful people that will make a way out of know way. I was in and out. If I can do it so can you

Raphael was easy to work with. Very approachable and knowledgeable about the vehicles they have in stock. Finance department was easy to work with and got my daughter a very good deal and monthly payment based on her first time purchase. I would highly recommend them and we will return as future customers.

904 cars is nice respectable lot in Jacksonville, FL. The environment is clean and the staff is friendly. They’re knowledgeable on all their cars. They have many cars you’ll like. I went there for one car and seen about a dozen other cars I would have bought too. They have a fully equipped shop on site and service all their cars themselves. If you’re in the market for a used car I’d strongly recommend giving 904 cars a look before buying anything somewhere else.

Went here for a Mercedes. Layla was great to work with. Very professional & easy to do business with. Maya was great too. Would recommend doing business with them. Fair, Honest, No Pressure sales
