My friend rented a car for a girls weekend. As soon as she pulled off the lot the rubber part under the tire came off. Back to the lot, they removed the rubber piece. Okay, no problem. The second time she drives it, when we’re trying to make it to our reservation, ANOTHER piece came off. Alex REFUSED to replace the car, saying that the car was still drivable. Sir, two pieces of the car have come off while driving, that’s not safe. Refused to exchange the car. And was very rude and dismissive of our concerns. Unfortunately, due to the reservation requirements for our trip (and we couldn’t get our money back if we cancelled those reservations) we did not have the time to go back to the dealership and return the car. Which is why we requested Alex to come pick the car up but he didn’t care. The WORSE car rental experience in Jax. Be careful!!

Came here via Turo to rent a corvette for the weekend.not a cheap rental. When I showed up the car was not ready for 30 minutes then when it pulled up it had mud all over and the hood was smoking from the hood! The guy tells me the exhaust rattles but that’s everything wrong. The owner didn’t seem to care about how this inconvenienced my whole weekend and said he will get more customers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HUGE WASTE OF TIME.

Deplorable. They sold my car without me knowing and now it is on my credit. When we recie ed it. There was a flat tire..the timing belt was off...bad brakes and we still decided to keep it because they worked with us. Next thing I know im getting a letter from a financial company saying that I owe money and that my car loan was sold to the. Its a place out in North Carolina mom and pop piece of crap that doesn't budge or try to help the customer. Threatens repossuons and late fees before u are even a month late.. save yourself the headache. Don't buy from here
