I just want to say this I had a phenomenal experience with GW trucks. From the test drive to completing the paperwork the experience was everything. I did bring up some issues with my car when I first got there but they were taking care of immediately customer service was outstanding. Mirza did a fantastic job, very transparent, the best! He assured me that everything would be taken care of. There was just no hassle at all. From the reviews i read, the only thing for me to do is experience my car off the lot, that said, great job. I do recommend them and I will be following up in the future as a repeat customer. That inventory is 🔥

This was by far one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever experienced, from start to finish. Andrew, PJ, and Mladen collectively made the entire process simple and stress-free, which is sadly not the case for most dealerships. This was even more impressive given the fact that I purchased my car entirely over the phone, from 1000 miles away. They were even willing to arrange for the car to be shipped from their dealership in Jacksonville, FL to my house in Chicago, but I decided to fly in and drive the car back myself to break it in. I will without a doubt return to CW Trucks the next time I am in the market for a vehicle!

I went to Jacksonville to a concert. I didn’t realize that I was gonna drive up to GWtrucks and have one of the best buying experiences that I’ve ever done purchasing a vehicle. Our salesman were phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.Endri & Nas was phenomenal Nas. He called me when I was at the restaurant eating breakfast that morning. Return my call after seeing what I had called there but we purchased the car that I looked at. I got the 2017 Cadillac XT five phenomenal little car excellent shape, easiest car buying experiencing I will be back and I would highly recommend anyone to go there and check out their inventory. These guys aren’t playing top-notch. I rate them 50 stars apiece.

My son wanted his WB SCAT PACK and I am so glad we found it at GW! We had the best experience with Mr. MUSIC 🎶 and Mirza. They made the whole day great and my son is SO happy with his purchase. Now, it's my turn to go make a purchase. These guys have wonderful vehicles, from what I have seen, and they are fun, professional and knowledgeable through the whole process. These guys are laid back and no pressure is put on you. Thanks for the great experience for once in purchasing a vehicle. One last thing.....they are not parking lot vultures like all these dealerships from the minute you pull in their driveway!!

First & Foremost I want to Thank Salesman Branden & Financial Manager DJ. On their upmost professionalism & candor in receiving my Wife & Myself into the GW Truck Dealership. A very upscale dealership for their vast variety of Cars & Trucks for as far as your eyes can see. But also for the open concept in how the dealership is set up for customers once you walk in. My wife had seen a Hyundai Tucson 1.6 which caught her eyes & asked me to call to see if it was still available. So I did …. First spoke with Branden then DJ…. They both answered all my questions & asked if my Wife & Myself would like to make an appointment to come in test drive the Hyundai Tucson. I agreed & told them as long as she likes the SUV we could start the paperwork & work on maybe purchasing the SUV & driving it off the lot today. The rest is history… Once all the paperwork was done & I gave my down payment My Wife drove the Hyundai Tucson off the GW dealership lot.
