We had a great car shopping experience with Merit Auto Group. We came to see a car from their website and it was much better in real life. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, listened to our concerns, and gave us a good deal on the car we selected. Dmitriy Demyrov our salesman was professional and did a great job. If I could give Nash our sales guy 10 stars I would. He was very professional and took care of us from start to finish, he went above and beyond for us to make sure our BMW X3 was perfect for us to pick up since we were coming from Georgia. I highly recommend this dealer ship to anyone looking for a pre owned car and make sure you get in touch with Nash, he will take care of you as he did us.

First off, let me say how dedicated Giulia was in assisting us with our purchase. She braved a full-on lightning storm to let us browse a few choices, it was near closing last Saturday. We returned yesterday for the test drive and all the paperwork that consequently ensued. She and George made trading a breeze!

I recently purchased a 2021 F-250 from Merit Auto Group in Jacksonville, and I could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, honest, and professional. First of all, they gave me the best deal in the country — literally. I searched everywhere on CarGurus, Autotrader, CarMax, everything and there was not another truck like this available for the price I got. That alone says a lot about how they do business. My salesperson Guilia was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. No pressure, no games — just great service and a great vehicle. Another thing I really respect about Merit Auto Group is that they’re closed on Sundays so their staff can go to church and spend time with family. That says a lot about the values of the company. If you’re looking for a quality vehicle and a dealership that treats people right, I highly recommend Merit Auto Group. I’m thrilled with my F-250 and will absolutely buy from them again for my wife’s vehicle.

Absolutely 5 star review from me! This is my first financed car ever and I’ve been so afraid of being scammed or sold a car that wouldn’t work after leaving the lot but this place was the best experience ever. I’ve been looking at cars and researching the dealerships for a while now and this one stuck out to me. Not only the prices were good but the cars lived up to the hype. I went to merit auto group to look at 2 cars, one being a 2019 tesla and the other being a 2022 Toyota. When I made my appointment for the 2 cars, I was sent a video from my salesman Artem showing me the 2 cars before I arrived. Once arriving I was met with Artem, and the hospitality and vibes were amazing. He brought the cars out to let us have a look and while we were waiting inside we heard gospel music playing on the overhead speakers, that right there told me we were right where God wanted us to be. My mind was blown to hear gospel music playing in a dealership, I was so happy. Mind you, we haven’t been to any other dealership before, this was the first one ever. The fear of being sold a bad car left out my body and I completely trusted God and this dealership. Once artem brought the cars out, we test drove them alone with no issues as they trusted us since we were local and had our license and insurance. The cars were amazing to drive, I was torn between the two bc they were both such great cars so I asked artem which would be better for me and my family and our long distance trips each day and he said in his honest professional opinion the Toyota would best fit us which my fiancé was already swaying towards the Toyota so that confirmed it for me. We went through the approval of just myself with an apr of 9.54% with $0 down which isn’t bad at all! We were happy with the numbers and with the car! We even got Gap insurance which was so cheap in my opinion, $9 a month!!! They even offer the 1st oil change for free once it’s due for one. They schedule your free oil change after signing the papers, it’s very organized and calm spirited in there. So in all we we’re grateful and happy to be leaving with a beautiful affordable car. Thank you merit auto group! We will definitely be back if we get another car and we will be telling our family and friends. ❤️
