I want to give a big shout out to Kevin the sales manager. I called and he made it happen. He has been very helpful in every aspect. He made getting a car easy and translucent which is something very rare in this industry especially as a first time buyer. Thanks again Kevin and I hope Premium Cars value you as much as I did.

Alex was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was honest, patient, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend asking for Alex if you’re in the market for a car. UPDATE ! This place is a SCAM !!! My car has been broken since I drove off the lot ! Mind you not even a month with this car btw !! First they allowed the car to drive off the lot without any coolant so the car started to overheat ! Then the check engine light kept coming on so they advised me to bring it back and all they did was clear the code. My assumption is that because I’m a woman they thought I didn’t know a thing about cars funny thing is I grew up fixing cars !!! Same night after “they fixing a hose “ that was supposedly causing the check engine light to come on the car leave me strained at 3:30 in the morning causing me to have to get it towed to the Chevy dealership . I reached out to them to explain what was happening and was advised that they will not reimburse me for the tow that I should have “ waited to use there tow company” mind you it was 3:30 am and no one answered my calls ! I am a single hard working mother of two boys and have ZERO help and this dealership has made my life hell !!! I want to list the amount of things that are wrong with the car and with it in mind that they’re response is “ take it to Chevy dealership they will fix it “ I have lost numerous days of work, trying to resolve this not to mention an astronomical down payment that they requested from me a $4000 even though all of the signs around the dealership say 499 approved anybody get approved it is all a scam! I don’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I’m so disappointed and beyond stressed at the situation I am now in due to this dealership. tried to reach out to the person who sold the car and he doesn’t even work there anymore because he can’t stand the place!!! Overheated Check engine light Car not starting properly leaving me strained Messed up hose Horn doesn’t even work properly A.c shutting off and on Ac not cooling at times Code - P0171 Bank 1 of the engine is running "too lean," meaning there is too much air or not enough fuel in the air-fuel mixture. I will close by saying this the car that I purchased was a 2025 Chevy equinox with 10,000 miles. There should be no reason why all of these things are wrong with the car. I’m not sure exactly what’s going on in that service Center they got but something ain’t right. I am in process of seeking counsel because they won’t help me and as a single mom with no one to help they are simply targeting me and I feel took advantage of me because I was a woman and sold me a car that they knew had major electrical issues in my opinion!

Kelly was the best sales person for us at premium cars today! So much patience. Very nice and wise. We are happy with our Toyota sienna . Will be back in the future! Thanks Kelly. I recommend premium cars
