Just bought my 3rd car from here. Very nice people. Very fair prices. If you need a nice clean car for cheap I would definitely recommend. My mom bought a car here when I was a kid. They have been in the same spot over 20 years. That says something to me.

I waited a little while to write a review about Bay Auto, I bought my car from them in May and I can say without a doubt they are fair and they do the best to accommodate your needs. I couldn't make it on Saturday cause I was at work and the saleswomen came in Sunday to ensure I was able to purchase the car. 5 Months later I still love my car and have 0 issues. I would purchase another vehicle from them!

VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY!!!! Very nice people before I bought the car....then very rude after I went back to let them know their car they sold me was nothing but a rotten lemon...Nothing but excuses is all I got out of them!! I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee 3 weeks ago on 9/2/23 ..me thinking it was a great car turned out to be a nightmare!!! Blown head gasket just about $3,200 since I still have to replace the broken vacuum pump for another $260 ..My mechanic inspected the car and found evidence someone did previous choppy bandaid work to hide the issues on the car. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN!!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED WITH THEIR CAR PRICES!!!
