Having my Hyundai Tucson serviced at Courtesy Hyundai was an excellent experience. Scott Hope was exceptionally courteous, thoroughly explained every detail, and ensured I felt informed, confident, and valued throughout. I would definitely recommend the Courtesy Hyundai service department for maintenance & repairs going forward.

i'm starting see a trend with the service guy named Jose Suarez and didn't think my opinion would matter if they kept the guy hired and he has all these awards so I never posted my expierence with him that happened on 05/12/2026. It's time I speak up because it's unacceptable and he doesn't deserve a job there based on the way he treated me and the way I see others are reporting him now, good! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Jose Suarez recently. During my visit, he was unprofessional and dismissive, even telling me to go somewhere else if I didn't like the way he worked. It felt as though he didn’t care about my concerns at all, particularly since I drive an older Kia. Instead of addressing my needs, he suggested I should just buy a new car and send a salesperson my way. This lack of respect and consideration is unacceptable. I would not recommend seeking assistance from him if you value professionalism and customer care.

You don’t get any follow up and the service is poor at best. They ordered parts and never called me. They also took almost a month to fix the car. I would not recommend going to this dealer. The front end paint for the titan is cracking and falling off. They said, it is because bugs. The truck has 5000k miles. I don’t recommend you get a black titan.

Last Monday, I took my son’s 2014 Nissan Altima to Courtesy Nissan on Hillsborough Avenue to have the left headlight replaced. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm smile and genuine empathy that felt natural, not rehearsed. While I waited, I was offered a breakfast sandwich, drinks, and coffee, which immediately put them ahead of the curve. The waiting room is comfortable and spacious, with four professional workstations and power for your phone, laptop, or tablet. It is one of the few places where waiting does not feel like doing time. The tech, Juan, was on top of everything and shared some great travel stories. Within minutes it felt more like talking with an old friend than sitting in a service department. They fixed the light, got me out in record time, and did something I have never experienced at any other dealership or repair shop. They vacuumed out my son’s car without being asked. Small thing, but I noticed. What really stood out was the maintenance bay. It is climate controlled and so clean it looks like a hospital operating room. You can see your car through the large window in the waiting lounge, which is reassuring, and honestly something every place should do. I was kept up to date the entire time through text messages, online photos, and paperwork, so there were no surprises. Professional, efficient, and clearly willing to go the extra mile. Ten stars across the board. I only have good things to say about Hamzah and his team of highly dedicated technicians. Thank you, guys. Keep up the great work. Sincerely. John S. French

The location of the dealership is easy to find, we went to test drive the new Nissan Leaf 2019, the sales person was ok but not enthusiast as much I would think he will be when it comes to show an electric vehicles like the Leaf, he answered my questions but didn't show much interest in trying to sell the car, you know what I mean. He was constantly checking his phone so this is the reason for the 3 stars. The receptionist was ok. I was expecting more I guess.
