This is such a wonderful experience! Joseph responded right away. The car was waiting for me when I came to view it. It was a calm experience and we felt very comfortable to take our time and explore the car. The process to purchase was quick and they even filled up my gas before I left. After the chaos of being in an accident and having to unexpectedly buy a new car, Grand Auto was such a pleasant surprise! Thank you guys for getting me in my dream car!

Horrible communication. Asked for walk around videos and got none. Sold me a vehicle with zero safety inspected to it. The tires were patched and cupping bad. The mechanics across the street from his “dealership” who worked on my vehicle while changing the brake pads had to of seen the rotors were as good as gone but did nothing and left them on there. I have a 7 hour drive home and numerous long distance trips upcoming and just coming back from a deployment this is the last thing I needed. I write this while sitting at an auto shop who was generous enough to not only help me but source EVERY SINGLE PART HE KNEW WAS A SAFETY RISK. After arguing back and forth he said he would fix the brake pads which he took across the street to an auto shop and while there I received no updates on my pending deal truck I already sent him all the money for and it was just such a terrible experience I’ll NEVER go to this “dealership” EVER AGAIN.
