Similar experience to the other great reviews. Worked with Jen who was awesome, but Shawntai, Lou, and Robert were all great to deal with as well and it was a low-friction transaction. The car, a BMW X7 M50i, was in great condition as advertised. There were a couple car mats missing and they ordered news ones and shipped them to me without argument or hesitation. They are a high-volume, lower margin, no negotiation & no frills dealer in luxury-performance autos. A comparable model/year/packages listing from my local dealer was priced $7K more and with 20K more miles. The price point was rated deeply in the Cars.com "Great Price" range. It would be hard to find a better deal.

Excellent car buying experience! No frills pricing with minimal dealership fee. Jen was a pleasure to work with from fist contact through signed purchase order - the whole process felt seamless. Rob, Shawntai, and Lou made pick up day an easeful and exciting experience. For those interested in a pre-purchase inspection for high-demand vehicles, please note that their policy requires the inspection be complete PRIOR to being able to secure the vehicle with a non-refundable deposit. It compressed my timeline a bit, but when things are moving fast it behooves both parties to protect themselves. Great business to work with!
