I ordered a 2024 Tesla model 3 performance from here and needed it shipped to Iowa. It was a daunting task to say the least, but Ashley helped me every step of the way, always answering my questions and even late night text messages. The car showed up and was exactly as advertised, no games, no tricks just a purely professional transaction that far exceeded any and all expectations I had. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend buying from them if they have a car you want.

I had an exceptional VIP experience purchasing my car. The dealership arranged an Uber to pick me up, which made the process incredibly convenient from the start. When I arrived, they had snacks and refreshments ready, and Ashley made me feel truly valued. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Took my daughter to buy a Tesla Model 3 and Ashley was absolutely amazing! She made the process so easy and was so friendly. We joked and laughed and she made sure my daughter knew where everything was and how to work everything. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a 2021 Tesla model Y and Ashley was amazing to work with. I think the whole process from start to finish was less than two hours (I went in with a pre-approval). If I were to buy another Tesla in the future, this is where I would go. The process from start to finish was very professional. I was able to test drive in peace and assess how I felt about the vehicle without pressure. Pricing was transparent and I didn’t feel my questions or concerns were ignored. I highly recommend.

What a pleasant car buying experience! Ashley is very nice, provides a welcoming environment, knowledgeable about her vehicles and how they adapt to each customer, etc. etc. Any question, concern, or potential issue was always met with a solution and I can see why ATL Midtown sells so many Tesla's!
