I’m 57 years old and grew up in the city and now the burbs. I bought a work van from GLA and it was easily the best, easiest and most satisfying buying experience by far I’ve ever had. I feel so lucky I stumbled onto them or I am sure I would not have such a perfectly running vehicle and at an amazing price. Everything I fear it is stressful about car buying does not exist at this place. Met a couple of honest personable guys there that I plan on remaining friends with and doing all future purchases with them. Just go there if they have a vehicle that suits you. You won’t regret it. This place is truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Sammy was incredibly friendly .. so much so that I honestly feel like I’ve gained a new friend through this experience. He was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful every step of the way, making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable with my decisions. What really stood out was his transparency and the time he took to help me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers like that. If you’re looking for a solid, reliable vehicle and an overall great experience, I highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed.

Sammy gave me a great deal on a Ford transit connect for my business! Easy to work with, no nonsense, he held the vehicle for me with a deposit, and once I decided to buy the van we got the deal done in 20 minutes. No bs, good deal, with a warranty! I’d consider doing business with Grand Lux Auto again.

Man oh man did I have an experience at GLX auto. It was the best dealer ship I’ve ever been to. Customer service from Ozzie and sam were the best customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Amazing prices, amazing cars, Overall amazing everything and would definitely recommend 💯

I am very lucky to have met Sammy and Ozzie. They are absolutely wonderful people, and hands down the best salesmen. They’re very knowledgeable about their vans, but also well-versed in cars. They let me test drive and use their scanners without any hesitation. You can tell they care about their clients. Now for the specifics: someone traded in a Honda Civic Hybrid for one of the many amazing vans at Grand Lux Auto. I was fortunate enough to be in the market for a sedan at just the right time. I picked this car up from them after seeing it online in mint condition. The price was beyond a great value. I remember Sammy was showing me how Carfax ranked the car 2nd-cheapest in the entire country. Then he changes the price right in front of me to be even lower, making it the absolute best-priced car in the US of A. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
