I purchased my car in October of 2025. Since then, every few weeks, it was in the shop for an engine light, leaking oil, stopping randomly on the side of the road with no warning even on the highway. I have spent so much money on rental cars once they keep my car in the shop for days. Only to give it back it it not last a month. As a single mom with little support, I trusted and relied on the sales people, the admin people, and even the service department for help. Often crying on the phone out of helplessness begging for help. Today, I spoke to a manager as yesterday, my car stopped on the highway 3 times on 45 minutes. The manager was short, no empathy, he was inpatient and he hang up on me 3 times. I’m so confused and I don’t know what to do or where to go from here. I really feel that they sold me a bad car on purpose and now do not care what happens. For those of you buying from them, please do your research so you do not end up like me.

Low down payment. But overpriced car. Car breaks down in less than two weeks with no help. I was late on a payment, the week of Christmas and the next day the NEXT DAY they turned my vehicle off, so I was without a vehicle for an entire week because they were then closed for the New Year’s and no way to pay. Staff is rude and if you look like a felon, they’re going to ask you for drugs lol craziness.

Josue was very nice, upfront, and worked with us the whole time, the experience was great overall I remember going to check out joes auto sales, and ask for Josue!
