Great experience! Arturo is the only person I would trust to help us find the right vehicle for our family, and he helped us find exactly what we wanted! Arturo has also been consistently volunteering at my non profit organization for several years, so when we needed a car he was the first person I contacted. He was extremely patient and understanding of our needs, and kept us updated when we were waiting for specific vehicles to come in to check out. We purchased the Corolla Cross and love it! Thank you Arturo and the rest of the team that made this a smooth process!

We had an excellent experience at Toyota of Lakeside. Our salesperson, Leonard, was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. He was not overly aggressive and never made us feel pressured, which made the entire process feel relaxed and comfortable. The vehicle we were interested in wasn’t available on the lot at the time, and he even let us test drive his own car so we could get a feel for it. That level of dedication and customer service really stood out to us. He truly listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect car to fit our needs. The whole experience was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. We’re so happy with our new car — we even named it Leonard!

Leonard Young is a trustworthy and really works with you to get to the numbers you want while still keeping it real about what’s possible. He also took time to explain maintenance stuff and how everything works, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m really happy with his service! Definitely recommend him to anyone!
