I have now purchased three vehicles from NOLA Motorcars and this will not be my last. It continues to be the best car-buying experience I've ever had, hands down. Prior to finding something that worked for us there I went out and did the traditional car hunt and it was miserable; lying salesmen with high-pressure tactics and hidden costs and sales mangers trying to push dealer add-ons with ridiculous fees. The whole thing felt adversarial. That is NOT the scenario With Alex, Kelly and Nate at NOLA Motorcars. Their prices are upfront, fair and reasonable and the service is second to none. I wasted weeks trying to "get a deal" from other dealers and I should have known better from the beginning. I won't make that mistake again. NOLA Motorcars is the only way to go. That's not even mentioning the top-notch service department there. Thanks for making the experience so easy!

Great, quick and thorough experience overall. I ordered tires from Tire Rack, they were delivered the next day to NOLA Motorcars as is fairly typical from TR and delivery to the N.O. area. I reached out to NOLA Motorcars to confirm they arrived and scheduled to bring the car in the next morning. I dropped the car off a bit before they opened and left the key in the key box. They did the tires pretty quick. I got a text the car was ready, around lunch time. The tires are a big difference over the factory 10yr old tires I had! Glad I did the tire research on Tire Rack ahead of time. Can't thank you all enough for providing the service. 👍 Nick S.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ STOP SCROLLING AND ASK FOR NATE. Seriously. We all know buying a vehicle is insanely stressful. Not here! This was hands down the easiest, smoothest car-buying experience I’ve ever had. We handled everything over the phone and online, and it was effortless. Nate was honest, and NEVER pushy. I slowed the process way down on my end, but he stayed patient, kind, and professional the entire time. No pressure. No nonsense. Just straight-up excellent service. If you’re buying a car and don’t work with NOLA Motorcars & Nate, you’re doing it wrong!!!

Working with NOLA Motorcars was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The team was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my purchase, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. It’s rare to find a dealership that’s both professional and genuinely friendly, but NOLA Motorcars delivers on both fronts. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience and people you can actually trust.

NOLA Motorcars made the car buying process simple after a few years gap of purchasing a vehicle. Nate and his team were patient while I went through the process and were clear with features, pricing, and repairs.
