Last year I bought a nice starter car for my daughter from Quality Used Cars. The care and attention the staff (Brad) and owner (Rodney) provided throughout the process went beyond all expectations: from fixing issues flagged by the inspection pre-purchase to helping understand how certain features worked inside the car post-purchase to recommending some good garages/mechanics for the future. A couple of months later, my daughter had an accident and they again went beyond the call of duty to immediately help her on the spot by calming her down (thank god she escaped unscathed) and reassuring her that the insurance they had recommended would pay for everything. The insurance came through in short order, my daughter is fine, and will be purchasing another car soon enough from Brad and Rodney at Quality Used Cars. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, warmth, and friendliness.

The staff was professional, transparent, and easy to work with. The seller originally asked for around $9,000, but we negotiated and reached a fair price that worked for both sides. I really appreciate this car lot, their staff was great, salesman showed me several cars, nice cars, too much mileage on them. My experience with them was very pleasant. I didn't purchase the car, but if I could have found one that I needed, then I wouldn't have a problem purchasing one from there. The mechanic works there, and he's very knowledgeable. This was a very good experience. Just know, when purchasing a use car from anywhere, check for rebuilt titles also.
