The general sales manager, Mr. Michael Edwards was amazing! We left with a beautiful black Toyota Tacoma at a great price! His service is next level! He made sure to address any concerns or questions! Highly highly highly recommend him!

Very poor service visit. What should have been quick 15-20min oil change and tire rotation took an hour, even though scheduled. Then service dept pushed unnecessary maintenance services of $1k on a vehicle I bought new less than a year ago but this was st visit off warranty. Finally, leaving lot had a low oil pressure alarm because the oil change wasn’t done right - had to turn around on EV mode to try and avoid permanent damage to the motor (remains to be seen), and service staff declined request for comp-ing the incorrect oil service. Will not be returning.

I say 4 only because they make it seem like you will only be there for 1 hour max and before you know it you are there for 3 or 4. Great people and super helpful. But like every dealer every where it feels like a trap. Also dont ever feel like you can't haggle them like they will to you. Do the research. When they hit you with "im prepared to knock 1k off right now" the ball is in your court price shop and check your credit before committing. If possible try to get apporved outside of the dealer first and remember they get these cars for at least 8 to 10k cheaper than they are selling it to you. This applies to new and used cars. Also the 'S' in MSRP means "suggested". So haggle away people the worst they can say is no. All things aside its a great place with great people who genuinely want to help you for you but also them.

I received fast friendly service. It usually takes most of the day and part of the next day for me to purchase a car. This was the first time that I was in and out in less than 4 hours. Love the service and my vehicle.
