This business sucks! They will owe you oil changes and refuse to honor it. They always rude and claim they don’t have a mechanic, I’ve reported them to BBB. They need to be shut down nothing but rudeness & ripoffs!!! BEWARE!!!!!!

I am so happy with my Jeep. Everyone at bay motors had great customer service. I honestly thought I wasn’t going to be able to leave with anything but I was wrong, they really took care of me all of them. Bay motors is the best car dealership I rate my experience a 1000/10! Jerry assisted me throughout the whole process beginning to end. He even came to work on his off day to assist with finalizing my deal.
