Tony and Jesse are TRUE professionals, super fast and easy process! I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord Coupe and the car is in beautiful condition, smells great and they were up front and honest about everything! I highly recommend shopping with these guys!

"Warning: Beware of US Auto Sale and Service in Baltimore On September 4, I purchased a car from US Auto Sale and Service in Baltimore, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a lemon. I spent my life savings on this vehicle, only to encounter problems immediately after leaving the dealership. As soon as I drove off the lot at 8 PM, the air pressure light came on. I took the car back the next day, and they temporarily fixed the issue. However, the problem recurred 15 minutes later. Additionally, I heard a noise in the back of the car, which I suspected was related to the brakes. When I reported these issues to the dealership, they were uncooperative and dismissive. Mechanic Jesse claimed he couldn't hear the noise, despite the obvious problem. He suggested I had run over a nail, causing the air pressure light to come back on. When I asked Tony, the salesperson, if the car was okay, he replied, 'I don't know, I'm not a mechanic.' The dealership only offered a one-month warranty on the engine and transmission. I've since taken the car to multiple mechanics, who diagnosed the problems as faulty tires with bubbles and bad rims. As a senior citizen with limited knowledge of cars, I feel misled and mistreated by US Auto Sale and Service. I caution others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.
