I had a truly positive experience working with Mike Morris at North End Motors in Canton, Massachusetts. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and I immediately felt treated fairly. Mike was transparent throughout the entire process and made everything so easy to understand. There was absolutely no pressure, which made the car buying experience stress-free and comfortable. He provided a personalized car buying experience and really focused on customer service. The vehicles were well maintained, in great condition, and thoroughly inspected. The pricing was competitively set and very budget friendly compared to other dealerships I visited. If you’re looking for professionalism, honesty, and a customer first approach, Mike is the person to see.

We purchased a beautiful vehicle at North End Motors. Our sales person, Brandenn Jenkins, was extremely helpful and attended to our every need . He answered all of our questions . He even provided me with a video of the exterior and interior of the car when I inquired about it . He went above and beyond . I would definitely recommend buying a car there. The car I bought was priced 3,000 less than other dealers. It was only 2 years old!! When we test drove the car we thought we heard ticking , they had the mechanic come out to check the motor and assured us that they would do a 99 point inspection and make sure that it had no issues. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and cannot wait to pick it up. I would recommend Brandenn , our salesperson, to guide you step by step on buying a car . He did an excellent job and made the car buying process a breeze. Their selection , cost and overall confidence in the buying process made simple . I could not ask for a better place.

This was the easiest experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. No hassle no guessing, they offered me $1500 more for my trade than another dealership. I got the car I wanted at the price I want in less time I have ever spent at any dealership. Excellent service , they were very busy but still extremely pleasant , even if they were not the one assisting you. Highly recommended checking what they have to offer.
