Completed another very successful vehicle purchase from Colin and the crew. Nothing but top level service from the time you walk in to final delivery. Every aspect of the transaction from valuation of the trade in to the condition of the vehicle you pick. Every one a hand picked well cared for vehicle. And the service department will take exceptional care of you after the sale. No need to find any other place for service. Poquet handles it all fairly and responsibly.

Poquet is a great place to purchase used cars. Things they did right— correspondence and follow up on scheduling or upcoming inventory for cars you’re interested in. Things they need improvement on — customer service on upfront pricing and after purchase customer care. If a car is listed at $40,950 they will not negotiate and after taxes, fees, title ect it will be an extra $3,500 - $4,000 fees that they will not negotiate on, so plan to tag on an extra $4,000 on listed price. I also worked with Henry who said detailing would take about 2 hours after my car purchase… waited 2 hours for “detailing” and they changed oil and washed outside of car but did NOT detail inside… I had to clean inside when I got home and discovered gum on inside of car. They were nice and said they’d detail again and that it would only take 45 min but took another almost 2 hours again, another 2 hours out of my work day to bring back in with no accountability on their end of discounts or remorse. All in all, it’s a good place to buy a used car but plan on spending quite a bit more on listed price and about 3-4 hours for detailing if they do it right. I’m happy with my car purchase but it was a journey that could have been more efficient and smooth. *I would like to add that Rob at Poquet was very kind to reach out and discuss my experience. I searched nationwide from Virginia for a unicorn vehicle and finally found it at Poquet Auto. After thorough due diligence—BBB (A+), Google (4.9 stars from 2,000+ reviews), and more—I felt fully confident buying sight unseen and moving forward with them. From start to finish, the experience was excellent, especially working with Brad Dybing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Despite being remote, he answered every question and provided outstanding photos and a detailed inspection report that left no doubts about the vehicle’s condition. Everything was straightforward, efficient, and transparent. After I wired the funds, Brad quickly arranged shipping to Virginia, and the vehicle arrived in just three days. It showed up beautifully detailed—like new—and included two keys, manuals, all accessories, and the wheel lock. One of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend Poquet Auto and all dealers should strive to emulate them!

Great place to do business. I was allowed to walk the indoor showroom and never felt pushed and never had a sales guy “hover” over me. I even asked a sales guy to get me a set of keys and he did, then told him I wanted to just look on my own and he didn’t make me feel weird about asking that. I had some unfortunate issues on my end….i was looking at how to get the car off the lot due to a drivers license renewal mess up, and they delivered the car to my home for free within about 45 mins of purchase. Thanks to Jeff Greenwood. The other sales guy and the lady that did my paper work (I do not remember your names. Sorry). I will definitely recommend them to anyone. There was also a little road rash on the rim and they told me to make a service appointment and they would fix it up for free!! Great place, up front pricing, beautiful cars!!!

We had an amazing experience with Amy at Poquet. We appreciate the ease of being able to drive the cars we wanted to see. The trade in value was as we expected. The paperwork and pick up-couldn’t have been more seamless and enjoyable. Drove away happy and satisfied. Thank you Poquet, we will recommend you and will be back.
