Amazing experience! Isaac was incredibly helpful and was more than willing to work with us over the cost. We got a great deal on a Mini Cooper, which I have always wanted. We hit the jackpot here after visiting numerous other dealerships. This family- owned smaller business had exactly what we were looking for: a clean, reliable vehicle; honest, non- agressive employees; and great prices. There truly are no words to describe what a blessing Isaac was to my husband and I. He was extremely patient, trusting, and situationally flexible. He pulled up the Carfax and even walked around the vehicle to look at all of our minor concerns. To make things even better, the staff are bilingual. All speak English as well as fluent Spanish and Arabic. The only word of advice, to other buyers is bring a code reader. Without one, we may have been unaware of some issues. Bottom line: This is a PREVIOULSY OWNED car lot. When shopping for a used vehicle you should be aware that there are things that could possibly be less than perfect with it. Be proactive and diligent in your research on your potential purchase. If you heed this advice I'm positive you will find this car lot just as pleasant of an experience as we did!

I was pleased with the service I received at US motors! Brenda is professional and very informative about the process and makes it so easy for you to understand. Ivan is well experienced in the knowledge of cars and the vehicles they have on the lot. US motors is awesome! I appreciate when you can come on a lot and they have a variety of vehicles. Thank you for your patience and the capability to get me in a car. I’m trying to get another friend to go and get a car from US motors.I look forward to continue quality service with US motors.

If I could give less than one star, I would. We bought a car here for my 18-year-old daughter - her first big girl purchase, meant to get her safely through college. The dealership knew we lived over two hours away, so we trusted that what they were selling was safe and reliable. We test drove the car, and it drove great. In hindsight, we should’ve inspected it more thoroughly, but when something drives well and you’re told it’s ready to go, you expect basic safety features to be intact. Immediately after leaving the lot, it got dark and she turned on the headlights, only to find the passenger side had no lights at all. I had to drive in front of her the entire way home so she could see, and she was pulled over on the way. Shortly after, the check engine light came on. The code was related to the exhaust. Upon inspection, we found the exhaust had been cut off and welded back on, barely holding. The light assembly casing had been cut into and disconnected. There were small wires holding multiple components together. It was not just unreliable, it was unsafe. Her dad called the following Monday to ask if we could return the car. The owner initially argued, but eventually agreed to a $750 “restocking fee.” When we arrived, the manager, Brenda, apologized profusely and said she would never have sold the car had she known the condition. She said that she had just returned from vacation and “didn’t know.” Then we were told the fee was $1000, despite being quoted $750. After pushing back, the owner honored the original amount, add abut my daughter still lost half of her $1500 down payment and is now without a car. This experience was heartbreaking, frustrating, and dangerous. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially families looking for safe, reliable transportation for their kids. Transparency and integrity matter. We didn’t find either here.

So on Christmas Eve I went and bought a black 2018 Nissan pathfinder, very beautiful car, test drove it no problems, when I got back they wanted me to pay with cashapp which isn't normal and very sketchy but I wanted a car so I went for it, after I bought the car 20 minutes down the road the transmission started going out I was hoping that it was just going to resolves itself out when I got home, but as soon as I got home the transmission completely went out and for the last 6 months it has been sitting in my drive way, they continuously told me they can't help me because I bought the car as is and now after getting half my payment disputed they continuously ignore my calls so I can get this whole situation resolved, if you buy from this dealer beware that they are selling cars that have serious mechanical issues and they will not do anything to help....

The girls Brenda, Rama and Lajan help me and were so patient with me. I need a big car because a have 3 kids ( 3 golden retrievers 😍) they help me find the perfect car for us. A jeep wrangler 😍 the finance ladies were great got me approved in literally 1 minute after applying. Totally recommend 🫶🏻
