It was my first time financing a vehicle and it at first was very daunting until I worked with Louie who helped me through the process. He is their newest hire and he was very approachable and was able to explain the paper work to me. He's going to help a lot of people out based off of how kind and patient he was! Eddie, the store manager, had also stepped in and helped me out with the financing and explained a lot of the process and really did his best to get me a decent monthly payment and APR as a first time buyer! Both Louie and Eddie wanted the best vehicle for me and I got to walk out with car I wanted thanks to these two! Ask for Louie and he'll do his very best to take care of you !

Ray was incredibly helpful from start to finish. As a bilingual speaker, he made communication easy and comfortable. He was positive, patient, and never made me feel pressured to buy—yet I still ended up driving off with a new car! Highly recommend asking for Ray if you visit.

I had a good experience working with Elit. He was professional, patient, and never pushy during the process. He took the time to answer my questions and explain the options clearly so I could make a comfortable decision. Communication was smooth and he followed up when needed without being excessive. Louie was awesome to work with. My mom only speaks Spanish and she was nervous about the whole process, but Louie took the time to explain everything to her in Spanish so she felt comfortable. He was patient, clear, and really went the extra mile. If you need someone bilingual who actually cares, Louie’s your guy.
