I would wholeheartedly recommend Carmax to any newcomers interested in purchasing a vehicle. While yes, the vehicles they provide can vary from used to mint used or new, their service work for the customer and staff provides a welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, prior to purchasing, they will introduce you to their available line-ups on their lot, and if there isn't one that has peaked your interest, they will work with you to coordinate the vehicle you want from other available dealerships either in person, or online. Alan, whom I did business with for purchasing my vehicle, was very helpful in assisting me with the process of inspecting my vehicle, to concerns I initially had, which was their warranty service package, to the finalization and closing of the deal for purchasing my vehicle. I discussed with him my interest in purchasing the last generation, and rare gem find of the Lexus ES 350 Ultra Luxury before they made it hybrid. Which, to my surprise, they had available, and to add to it, was almost brand new. His rapport, and discussion with me felt like I was chatting with a good friend. Would recommend doing business with him once more in the future.

I recently purchased an older RAV4 from CarMax Sahara, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding service. I worked with Casey during the purchase process. He was patient, professional, and made everything clear and easy to understand. The buying experience felt smooth and stress-free. After the purchase, I noticed some issues with the vehicle and scheduled a service appointment. Ty helped coordinate the appointment, and later I worked with Daniel for two separate repair visits. Daniel was incredibly kind and professional. He carefully explained what needed to be fixed and made sure everything was handled properly. As a foreign customer, my English speaking skills are not perfect, and sometimes communication can feel overwhelming. What meant a lot to me was that they were willing to communicate through email when needed. That made a big difference and helped me feel much more comfortable and confident throughout the process. Buying and servicing a car in another country can be stressful, but the team at CarMax Sahara treated me with respect, patience, and genuine care. I truly appreciate their support and professionalism. Thank you again for such a positive experience.

This was my first time purchasing a car online, and CarMax made the experience very easy and straightforward. The process was clear, fast, and completely stress-free. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and there was no pressure or back-and-forth like you often experience at other dealerships. There was a small issue with my first vehicle, but CarMax handled it professionally and made sure I ended up with the right car. The replacement process was smooth, and everything was taken care of without hassle. Casey assisted me from beginning to end and was outstanding. She was professional, attentive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Because of her, everything went seamlessly. If you’re visiting this location, I highly recommend asking for Casey. Overall, a great experience, and I would absolutely recommend CarMax to anyone looking to purchase a used car online at their own convenience.

Selling my car was an easy and simple process with Carmax. From my initial online quote, my first in store visit which confirmed my on line quote, and my second visit to accept my quote and sell my vehicle. I have to commend Danielle at the appraissal dept, She was extremely warm and professional, Not so much with the other female on my second visit; caucasin and just there for a paycheck. If you are selling your vehicle ask for Danielle at the appraisal counter. Thanks Carmax for a simple and great process in buying my car.
