Jordan Jordan 1000/10. I have been using Uber and Lyft for 3 1/2 years spending over $500 a week. I have full-time job and I am also a full-time student. I just recently obtained my driver's license and unfortunately in North Carolina you have to pay for liability insurance. 🙄 I was just tired of not being able to drive and throwing money away. So today I came to just look around after work and possibly test drive a couple within price range (money I could potentially save up to buy in cash car) who knew I would walk away with a vehicle that is reliable and affordable. Jordan and Paul were wonderful they were real with me just as I was with them. So optimistic and enthusiastic, caring, funny, and kind. Gave me the ins and outs. I tested the vehicle that was allotted to me and Wow when they talk about 130 point inspection believe them. Wonderful! I am in awe. God works wonders and so does Auto Direct!

Ali, Was such an amazing car representative. He had such a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. He ensured he could get me a better monthly payment and he did. He really went above and beyond and detailed my car himself. He had us laughing through the whole process and I definitely will buy a car through him again.
