I recently called about an issue I was having, and the representative, Wayne, was very helpful. He deserves a raise immediately; he made the customer interaction worthwhile.

Car buying can be very stressful, however the people here at Capitol Auto in Raleigh made it a very easy process. Had a great experience buying my car. Wayne and Erik were awesome to work with—super friendly, straight to the point, and they answered every question I had. They even brought a car over from another lot so I could check it out at the same time. Really great customer service all around.
