Great experience with a friendly and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this dealership and purchase from them again in the future. The saleswoman, Nadia, was extremely kind, professional, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I purchased a Mercedes from her and couldn’t be happier with the experience!

This was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and transparent throughout the process. I felt valued as a customer and never rushed into a decision. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares, this is the place! Nadia and Jai were very personable and professional. Their inventory is impeccable and I left with a 2018 BMW 750i M Series. Run don’t walk to Raleigh Pre-Owned!

Nadia was very helpful when -purchasing my car, I was so happy about this car and was aiming for this car and had my eyes on this car. They did whatever they can for me to get this car. I am happy to get my car under my name. Update: Its been two months with this car and I have had nothing but problems back to back. First my dashboard lights all came on while I was driving sure I pressed the button by mistake and then the second time it came on its own. The 3rd I was braking and the lights all turned on and had to disconnect my battery the negative to reset my car. Now the issue is taken care of for now now my AC don't work in my car, goes on and off and then it stopped working. I replaced the necessary and still giving me issues. My boss even said you have been going thru problems with that car since you got it which isnt good for the price you pay a month and etc. The my brake pads were all bad my car was making noises turns out the ROTORS are bad mind they told me the car is great and everything is fine and all but mind this all happened within a month n half having the car. Now I have to fix my AC and had to pay out of pocket non stop for these items. This is pissing me off. Just not going thru this again. I am doing this because I need to build my credit but once its back to good I'm trading in this car and getting a newer one from the dealership. I am just disappointed on this ACURA.

Nadia was wonderful to deal with. I love my car. I have to update my review. I purchased a 2018 Outback Subaru. I drove it for two days and the engine light came on. The repairs add up to $1500 so far. The car was not maintained. New spark plugs, new coils, new filters, the starter was super old. Next week I will be fixing error codes on the hvac (It is holiday time and dealers are closed for parts). So, unknown as to how much this will cost. Went to the DMV today and upon closer inspection of the receipt I signed the dealer sold me a lojack that was never mentioned. I do not want a lojack and here I spent $499 on something I will never use. You shouldn't have to check to make sure the dealer is not cheating you. But with this car dealer you definitely should check everything.
