Walking into a dealership usually comes with stress, pressure, and second‑guessing… yet from the very first interaction, this experience felt honest, calm, and genuinely human. I started by texting about a couple of Teslas and was connected with Omar (Store Manager). He was kind, patient, and incredibly informative — the kind of person who instantly makes you feel comfortable. When we arrived to test‑drive, Lilly greeted us with the same warmth and professionalism. One of the biggest things that stood out was their transparency. They provided the Carfax history immediately, without hesitation, without excuses, and without making us feel like we were asking for too much. At no point did it feel like they were hiding or holding back any crucial information. That alone built a level of trust you rarely find at dealerships. And the fact that they don’t work on commission makes a huge difference. There was zero pressure, no sales tactics, no hovering — just genuine people helping us explore our options. They had the cars ready within minutes, took a quick copy of my license, and we were off on the test drive. After finishing the paperwork at Coastal, I picked up my check and headed back to RDU Auto. When I arrived, my Tesla Model Y was fully charged, spotless, and waiting for me. As a first‑time Tesla owner, I was a little nervous — but Omar took all that away. He spent real time walking me through features, answering every question, and even taking me on a short drive to demonstrate the things I was curious about. His patience and kindness made the whole moment feel special. Meanwhile, Lilly handled the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. Their pricing is competitive, their team is exceptional, and the owner’s work ethic shines through in every detail. Such a great buying experience! This is the only dealer I’ve ever been to where I can truly say there is no pressure. Paperwork was super easy and quick! Took less than 1/2 an hour and we were on the road. They also cleaned up the car really well before delivery.

Bought my 370z from RDU 3+ years ago - even though it's been a little while, I can candidly say the buying process was incredibly seamless... shipment to my house was trouble free... and the car was exactly as described / pictured. I bought a Porsche 911 from Omar and the team at RDU auto. It was 900 miles from me. I never saw it in person. The team gave me all details needed allowed for a PPI from anywhere I chose as well as was forth coming with all details big and small of the car (there was nothing big). They helped arrange shipping and the car showed up quick! Super happy with this purchase. Super happy to have worked with the entire RDU auto team.
