We were looking for a vehicle to transport our kids and grandkids. Dakota took the time to show us that the cross trek was perfect even for a child seat that we did not have with us. She got her own child seat and showed us how convenient and easy it was to transport our kids in the cross trek. Then Dakota went above and beyond to find us the perfect vehicle to suit our needs. Dakota was understanding and patient and was able to get us the deal that we want it on our new Subaru Crosstrek. Listen — when I tell you I was getting haggled and given the runaround by several dealerships, I mean it. As a woman trying to buy a car in what can feel like a male-dominated industry, I felt lightweight bullied and pressured into vehicles I didn’t want, couldn’t afford, or that had way too many miles. It was exhausting. Then I stopped by Southend Hyundai used cars— and that’s when everything changed. I was helped by a dope young lady named Dakota, and she was a breath of fresh air. She was transparent, straightforward, and respectful of my time. I wasn’t sitting around for 4–5 hours just to be offered the bare minimum. She was kind, down-to-earth, and most importantly — honest. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and respected. I didn’t feel taken advantage of. I didn’t feel pressured. I felt heard. Overall service? 10 out of 10. Shoutout to the Southend Hyundai crew for being honest, understanding, and to the point — not just trying to make a sale, but actually helping a customer. P.S. I drove off in a new 2026. Something dependable not left feeling taken advantage of. I will absolutely be recommending them.

Dakota was exactly what I needed. I was not planning a car purchase and due to circumstances out of my control, I had to make a purchase quickly. Dakato listened to everything I said and then applied that knowledge to every car I approached. Instead of applying her hustle to selling me a car, she applied hustle to quickly getting me in several cars to test drive. She gave knowledgeable advice and I walked away feeling heard, taken care of and excited about my new car. All the way around, I am a fan of Southern States.

Nadia she was so helpful and so sweet. She took care of me as well as the manager was amazing he did whatever he can just to provide me the vehicle. I appreciate it all. Nadia was wonderful, if anyone needs a vehicle and quick they will take care of you and they got you.

I’ve bought this pre-owned 2020 Subaru Wrx premium at the Southern States Pre-Owned and I can describe the whole experience in a single word as GREAT. My point of contact was Brian, I never felt I was meeting him for the first time. His experience and knowledge about cars is remarkable and almost answered all the questions I had. I had the car pull out and ready for a test drive, drove it, liked it and closed the deal on the same evening. Brian helped from start to the end seamlessly in a very professional and efficient way, where all the paper work was fast and comfortable. I even got the complimentary interior and exterior detailing done by Brian. Thanks for that. I would recommend you all to go ask for Brian, if you ever want to purchase a pre-owned they have in stock or something that you are planning to purchase. I bet he would help you with all his expertise. Overall a great experience I can say.
