I had a great experience at Byers Imports while purchasing my 2018 Hyundai Tucson. The whole buying process was very smooth, fast, and completely hassle free. The car was extremely clean, well maintained, and felt almost like new. A special thanks to Jeff Rettinger who provided outstanding service. He made the entire process easy and comfortable. If anyone is planning to visit Byers Imports, I highly recommend asking for Jeff you will definitely have a better experience. The next day after I took the car home, it didn’t start. I called Jeff and he immediately came to check it. It turned out to be a simple key/remote range issue, but Jeff still took the car back, had it towed, and personally made sure everything was rechecked. He even provided me with a spare vehicle while they inspected it, which made me feel really taken care of. I also want to thank Steve Morris from the service department for his great support and care during the process. Later I received an update that everything was perfectly fine and the car has been running smoothly since then. Overall, amazing customer service. Jeff Rettinger is truly a gem and someone who really cares about customers. Highly recommended

I purchased a pre owned 2024 XC 90 that had 35,000 miles on it in November, 2024. Against my better judgement, I purchased a prepaid maintenance plan for $3,099 that I was told would cover everything. At my 40,000 mile checkup, I was presented with a $3,000 bill. I reminded the service desk of my warranty that I had and the price went to $800 (I am not sure why I still had to pay that much, but I did). One of the key fobs stopped working. My wife just left Byers, after two hours, having had to pay $441.00 for a key fob!! The original Volvo key fob stopped working, but now I am told because I bought a new fob, I have a lifetime warranty on it? WHAT!?! I do not understand any of this logic. It will be a long time before I return to Byers for any service work.

Amazing place to buy a car from. Just got my Tesla. They delivered it for free over 250 miles. Ask for Steve, he is the man. Fielded 100 questions from me and spent a lot of time to make sure this car was right for me. Got me where I needed to be numbers wise and threw in a charger for free. There was a slight hiccup with transfer of ownership, but nothing enough to warrant a reduction from 5/5. They make car buying super easy. Will be repeat customers for sure. Thanks Steve, Heath (hope I spelled that right) and Byers!

Eva promised $4500 on the trade in and then changed it $3500 when it came time to sign paperwork. She knew I was tired from working 60+ hours and used that to enrich her. She mentions she has a son, yet she has no problem lying to her customers to earn more. Never go to this store and save yourself the hassle.
