I was sold a piece of junk that broke down 2 days after buying it. I test drove it before purchase and it ran perfect. He refused to pay for the cracked windshield before selling. I got it towed to the shop for a diagnostic and it’s $3k+ to get it safely drivable again. Dusty is the one that sold me a $7,000 Chevy when I was 8 months pregnant and it left me stranded on the side of the road. He knew exactly what he did. POS

Honestly best experience buying a car I've ever had. Ask for Chasity she's the best. Made us feel comfortable and worked out an amazing deal. Super friendly and didn't try to add anything we didn't need.

I'm not 100% sure but isn't this another car lot of Ricart? They royally screwed me so damn bad. If this lit and any sort of connection with Ricart I would strongly suggest u look else where. I've never been so over the top. I just sit and wonder how they even sleep at night.

I went there looking for a new vehicle. The selections were good. The attendant, Dusty, was very attentive and helpful. He answered all my questions and was patient with me as I went through about 6-7 different vehicles. Dusty and the manager were able to work with me in terms of pricing and we negotiated a great out-the-door cash price for the vehicle I wanted. I did end up purchasing a car from them. This was bc of the various vehicle options and the great customer service. Thanks Columbus Auto Mall!!

Tony was so much help and actually the one who helped me get this car . he made sure that I understood everything and was very patient and kind . I would definitely go there got my beautiful car with his help . And Omar was much help as well !!!
