They truly went above and beyond—not only helping me find the right car for my needs, but also working with me to land a fair price that I felt great about. On top of being knowledgeable and professional, they’re easily some of the friendliest (and funniest) staff I’ve dealt with at a dealership. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable—which says a lot when buying a car. Columbus Auto Resale is by far the best dealer around. This is the 3rd car I’ve gotten a car from them and I couldn’t ask for better people. The whole staff is amazing and their cars are even better. Highly recommend!

bought my truck at the Hilliard location but made my payments at the grove city location AWSOME!!!! group of guys Tanner and Kellie where very respectful and kind ran into some personal problems while making payments and they understood cars are of high quality they will not sell you junk best used car lot experience i ever had.

Nick and Denny were super-awesome, as were the folks at the Grove City location (see separate review). Got a great deal on a '13 Accord EX-L, excellent shape. Denny was great in helping me with the test drive--I tested an '08 Corolla and was going to buy that but saw the '13 Accord for only a little bit more and took the plunge. Nick was great in terms of paperwork and it went smooth. I was in and out of there in about 90 minutes. They were fair, honest and open about the car's history--had to take it to Honda for a recall but that was not a problem either. The dealer tried to trick me, but Nick, Denny and his team were honest, kind and up front about the whole process! I would DEFINITELY recommend them again!
