The absolute best! Nick Berg is your man for hunting in your exact parameters and giving his honest advice for the best car for YOU. Doesn’t upsell. Doesn’t make anything harder or more dramatic than it needs to be. We just bought our second drive direct car in two years (lots of teenagers in our house) and we made sure that Nick was the one to help us - THANK YOU!!!!

This dealership has a wide variety of vehicles for just about any budget. Priced competitively and the vehicles are clean. Sarah and Perry made this a breeze and they were very up front the entire time, which is hard to find in the car sales business. I sent what they needed ahead of time and was in and out in only a couple of hours - test drive and paperwork included. I asked to check some things out under the hood, and without hesitation I was told yes. They also have a service shop which is a nice feature - they offered a few free oil changes on a stamp card which I declined due to the drive to get there, but the drive was well worth it. Get the GAP coverage through the dealership. It's worth it every time. I love my car and thank you for making this simple and straightforward. Highly recommend!

Called about a truck, asked questions about their inspection and was assured vehicle was sound. Applied for financing with my bank (hard credit hit) to buy this and was prepared to take it home. Drove 1.5 of the 2 hours to get there and got a text that they noticed. “A few spots of rust.” Got there and the entire undercarriage, doors, hitch, all rusted and deteriorated. Mechanic looked at it and said, literally, RUN! 4 hours of my time and my ride’s time wasted, and $29 dollars of gas. To top it off, the second fx4 I wanted to look at, at a different dealer, sold in the time I was driving back. Very upset and disappointed. Nothing mentioned at all in the vehicle ‘s listing. This major damage should have been disclosed both in the listing and inquiry.

Amazing company, great communication, and a very easy process! I discovered my new purchase online, reached out to the dealership and met with Nathan Weekes the same day. They allowed me to test drive the car and have it checked for any problems. Paperwork was easy as well. They do accept lenders outside of the banks they typically work with, and offer amazing GAP/warranty options. At the end of my purchase, my tank was filled, my car was washed and detailed, and I received 3 free oils changes, as well as an additional 3 oil changes 50% off. I haven’t stopped smiling since I left the lot. If you are ever in need of a used car from a reputable dealership, Toyota/Drive Direct is the place to be!! Peace ✌🏾

I bought several cars in my lifetime. However working with the crew here with Drive Direct, it was the smoothest and fastest car purchase I’ve ever had from a dealership. The salesman Johnny and the finance guy Todd were super helpful and knowledgeable and overall genuinely good guys. Highly recommend!
