Abdul and TeShawn worked so hard and found my dad the perfect truck at an affordable price. They were both amazing. This is our third car that we have bought at Ricart. You won’t find a better deal or better people to work with. An amazing atmosphere while you wait, good music, and lots of friendly people.

I just wanted to publicly share my stellar experience at this dealership! I had been browsing for weeks and been to a handful of other dealers and felt defeated and found no luck. As soon as I chose Ricart, Tyler and Josuel were great at communicating, and helping me narrow down my search to my wants, needs, and budget. They were so patient and enthusiastic and I'm not overly warm or impressed in these situations. The whole experience felt like I was cared for and not just trying to make a sale. They pulled up several cars for me to see and kept it realistic and to the point. I highly recommend buying a car here, I promise almost any financial situation you're in that's not ideal, they will make something work for you! And the guy who did my paperwork at the end was very kind and easy to talk to as well,I forgot to get his name, but he got me fantastic financing.

I just want to say that The customer service here is great. We came in was greeted by Javaughn told him what we wanted Looked at them on the computer. He pulled them up so we can test drive them while we test Drove them he was able to do the finance paperwork and get it all handled and when we got done driving the car we had to wait a couple more minutes to get the finance portion approved and then we were done And the next day we came back because there was a rattle on the car and it was an easy fix. A plastic part was loose, but they got it handled and fixed for us. No problem. Overall great experience Javaughn need a raise. Love the car 2022 Ford Explorer XLT

This team is amazing!!! They worked with me for quit some time as I am rebuilding my credit so I knew this would be challenging but they never showed any type of frustration and were helpful the whole time! This dealership is definitely who I would recommend to anyone looking for their next car purchase! Mhaki, Deshawn and Dez were the best!!!

A special thank you to Michael Vargas at Ricart Used Car Factory for helping us with the purchase of our 2025 KIA Telluride SX Prestige X-Line. We made the trip in to Ricart on Saturday and within a couple of hours we were heading home in our new vehicle. He answered our website inquiry on a Thursday evening, set an appointment to meet with us first thing Saturday morning, and was quick to reply to a couple questions we had on Friday prior to our appointment. The transition from structuring the deal to moving to financing was smooth, easy and offered minimal wait time. Highly recommended!!
