Could not be happier! This was a new process for us & they were so kind and understanding the entire time. They answered any and all questions I had. They listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford. Very honest and trustworthy! We will bring our business back! Sketchy and dishonest. Tried to pressure me into a car before having an inspection - told me that “those kinds of mechanics are just looking for problems”. Did NOT want the car inspected. When I sent a mechanic over to inspect it, he told him he could come and then when he got there, suddenly he had sold the vehicle. He didn’t like that I told him I’d make him an offer on a car that I already knew was at least gonna have to replace valve gaskets replaced on. He knew I had an infant and still wanted to push me into a car that must have something wrong with it otherwise why would it be an issue to have it inspected? Cares more about making a sale than about people’s lives and just being honest. Be careful buying anything from this shop.

Bought this 95 chevy Silverado with 121k miles on it in April of 2018. Has 195k now June 2025. The guys put a new windshield and fixed some things and they pointed that stuff out. They knew I needed a ride and made it happen. Price was very good and I enjoyed talking with them. Thank you Collin Bailey & Co!
