Make sure the car doesn't have any problems before I purchase it. He is friendly and well informative to complete all the procedures. Our salesperson Tim, was nothing short of superb. He let us test drive three vehicles so we could make an informed decision. He helped us secure insurance, which had been a major pain point since we only recently moved to the US. The vehicles are very fairly priced and they often have multiple trims on the lot.

I worked with Tim Phan from early January through February 7th, and he was the sole reason this was an 11/10 experience. He was completely transparent and provided a zero-pressure environment, which was exactly what I needed. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, go see him!

I came to Hertz for a no hassle easy car buying experience. It was everything else that fell far short. I came in with cash and a check for my financing ready to make it a quick experience. Off the bat they refused my financing due to company policy. I then sat for three hours waiting for their finance guy to put together the paperwork for new financing (with a great credit score). Even after explaining that I had other commitments they seemed in no rush. After finally getting everything in order the car came with one key and without floor mats. I finally got everything figured out and set off on my way, got on the highway and the car started to shake like crazy at 60 miles an hour. I brought it to my mechanic and one of the wheels had been driven on a flat and the sidewall was shot. The wheel was full of bits of rubber. Per my mechanic it was a miracle I didn't have a blowout driving it. The dealer warranty doesn't cover tires and with their 120+ point inspection no one ever balanced the tires. I called the dealership to explain the problem and I got ghosted. No one could help. A terrible experience for a place claiming a no hassle satisfaction guaranteed experience. Avoid at all costs.
