I don’t even know where to start mainline auto on Torresdale is a horrible place of business. I came in with 820 credit $7000. They sold me a car that had check engine for the first two months i had the vehicle. I’ve had the vehicle for 2 months after that. It’s back in the shop already. The repair shop that they have does bad work. I feel Scammed to the fullest. Every time I call to speak to someone the person that was handling my case no longer works there every time. They are dishonest and are only out to get people for their money. I will never recommend mainline auto. I came as a respectful person to purchase my first loan vehicle and they did me so wrong and are continuing too. I wish I never took my hard earned money to this establishment . I’m heart broken. I’m driving a rental not even the truck. The warranty that was purchased from this establishment won’t even fix my truck because it said that the work that was done to my truck was junky so now I have to pay out-of-pocket for everything with my vehicle. I am so hurt .. I’m losing time from work because I have to run around and get rentals and take my vehicle back-and-forth to get fixed since I received this vehicle. I have called 3 times and no one calls me back.I have requested a print out of the work that was done to my vehicle and I gotten no response . I just paid a lot out of pocket for exhaust work due to it not being covered due to faulty repair work that a Jeep dealership showed me under the truck. Shame on you.

Formerly Best Buy imports they are all crooks do yourself a favor and keep it moving. They prey on you and your situation save your money and grab off marketplace. Here’s my experience and it’s all FACT… Warning to anyone considering financing or buying through Best Buy Imports Inc:/ Mainline auto STAY AWAY! These guys are absolute crooks. I put down a substantial down payment thinking it would reduce my car balance right away, but months later, none of it was applied to the principal. My balance stayed exactly the same, like the money just vanished into their pockets. To make it worse, they collected sales tax from me as part of the deal but never forwarded it to the state. I only discovered this when I got hit with notices about unpaid taxes – turns out Best Buy Imports Inc/Mainline Auto was sitting on the cash, probably hoping I’d miss payments and default so they could repossess the car without ever having to account for it. Customer service is a joke – rude, evasive, and zero help when I demanded answers. This feels like a deliberate scheme to squeeze extra money out of customers who are already in a tough spot. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable dealer. Best Buy Imports Inc is nothing but thieves in suits. Lost my trust and my money – never again! ITS TAX SEASON DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Please provide the full contact information for the appropriate management representative, including their name, direct telephone number, and email address, so I can contact them promptly. I look forward to resolving this issue as soon as possible. I would not recommend Mainline Auto or Majestic Auto. My finance company already paid them for my vehicle registration and taxes, which they were supposed to submit to PennDOT. They never paid PennDOT and then tried to charge my personal bank account to cover their mistake. When I contacted them to fix the issue, they failed to provide answers or any real resolution. This is extremely unprofessional and has put me in a stressful situation regarding my vehicle registration. Buyers should be very cautious when dealing with this dealership.
