Haley was absolutely amazing! 🤩 She assisted me with grace and kindness! She was most certainly down to earth. She was quite professional but relatable. I appreciated her expertise and the way she walked me through everything. She even trusted me to leave and get my credit card upon making her aware I’d return at a certain time although she said she got off at a certain time. She remained at the dealership and was present upon my return! I’m soooo appreciative for a saleswoman like her! I don’t think anyone else could’ve assisted me in the way in which she did! Kudos to her and after my traumatic car loss she was able to assist me in getting in an awesome, newer vehicle less than my older one! For that l’ll forever be thankful 😌 ☺️

Had the best experience at EchoPark. The facility was clean and service was fast! Haley made everything quick and easy and we are so happy with the new car! I came prepped with 3 cars I wanted to see and she went out in the freezing cold and drove them up to the door one by one so I could compare and look at everything.

After hunting and searching for the right car, I heard great things about echo park and boy, they didn’t disappoint. Haley helped me out, helped me find the perfect fit, they worked so well with my needs, preferences, and budget. The entire process of trading in my car for a brand new *used* car that’s tremendously better than what I had for hardly more took a total of 3 hours, off the lot with keys in hand. Couldn’t recommend Haley more. Zero shark energy in this space.
